Mary Sedrak, Psy.D.
Passionate, people-oriented therapist
with a deep appreciation for cultural diversity
I am a people-person. It is both my passion and profound privilege to have spent my life working with people. I love to build genuine and trustworthy connections with others as we collaborate to identify their needs and meet their goals.
I am Middle Eastern. My heritage and culture are both a huge part of my identity and my desire to learn more about others around me. I cherish every opportunity to learn about others, and I am honored when others share their own context and experiences with me.
I am the child of immigrants. Growing up simultaneously living in two worlds, navigating a delicate balance of the two and cultivating an identity firmly rooted in both, I appreciate how people experience their life through a variety of perspectives. As someone deeply connected to cultural diversity, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that honors your background and story. Therapy provides such a rich and unique context for those very stories to unfold.
