Individual therapy

How it works
How we’ll work together
My approach is all about meeting you where you are. I believe that every relationship, whether with a partner, family members, friends, or even with yourself, can improve with the right tools and understanding. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what isn’t, and how to get you back on track to creating deeper, more fulfilling connections.
I use evidence-based methods, including Interpersonal Process (IPT) and Family Systems, which have been shown to help people transform their relationships. But most importantly, I am genuine and present in the therapy room; I share my reactions and use them to guide and deepen the connection between us. I believe in creating a warm, open, and supportive space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I want to get to know the whole you - your background and history, the moments, places, and people that have shaped you to be who you are today.

Therapy
45 mins | $225
60 mins | $250
At this time, I do not take insurance directly.
However, it is still possible to use your out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits to offset the cost of therapy. I provide a “Superbill” for therapy which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients report they are being reimbursed at rates from 50-100% depending on their insurance plan.
In an effort to make therapy more accessible and equitable, I offer a number of sliding scale (reduced fee) spots for clients with financial need.
As of January 2025, I have two sliding scale spots available.
